This policy explains what information Oakmark Lawn Services LLC ("Oakmark", "we", "us") collects through oakmarklawnservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to quote and schedule your job and run this website. We never sell your personal information.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address (if you add one), the property address and zip code, the service you need, your message, and any photos of your yard you choose to upload. We use it to prepare your quote, contact you about it, and schedule and perform the work.
If you call, text or email us directly, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This keeps the site secure and working. When you submit a form, we also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or link, the campaign tags in that link, so we know how people find us.
Cookies
This site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your cookie choice and to keep ad campaign tags attached to your quote request during your visit. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, they will only load optional cookies with your consent. When you first visit, a notice lets you accept or decline optional cookies. We use your information to respond to you, quote and perform yard work, operate and improve this website, keep it secure and meet legal obligations. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records only as long as we need them to serve you, keep ordinary business records and meet legal requirements, then delete them.
